Moto101 is expanding with an exciting new venture alongside our existing business. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Motocross Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team and play a key role in building this new operation from the ground up.
Role Overview
As a Motocross Motorcycle Mechanic at Moto101, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of motocross motorcycles to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motocross, performance, and precision workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and repairing motocross motorcycles
- Diagnosing mechanical and performance issues
- Preparing bikes for riding, racing, and customer delivery
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality
- Maintaining a clean and organized workshop
- Working collaboratively as part of a growing team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a motorcycle mechanic (motocross experience preferred)
- Full, valid driving licence
- Must live within one hour of the workshop
- Willingness to work weekends when required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Suspension Experience
- Suspension knowledge and servicing experience preferred
- Not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate

1) Moto101 Track Operations Management
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to manage and oversee the operations of our motocross practice track. The ideal candidate will have a background in motocross and a strong understanding of track maintenance and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing track open days
- Coordinating events
- Customer relations
- Supervising staff and instructors
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Adaptability and solution finding skills.
- Developing and implementing plans for track improvements and growth
- Ensuring all on site facilities are stocked and ready to use weekly.
- Must be a good communicator, comfortable interacting with clients, partners and teammates.
- Will be durable and be happy to work outside in all weathers.
- Respond promptly to socials media questions and emails
- Working and reporting back to CEO
Qualifications:
- Great Customer realtion's
- Proven experience within motocross industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of motocross safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for motocross and enthusiasm for promoting the sport
- Additional Information:
- Good salary and remuneration, dependent upon experience & qualifications.
- The position would involve working across weekends throughout the calendar year (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day).
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends and long hours depending on event and venue needs.
- Will be required to sit a two day First Aid course. Paid by Moto101
