We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to manage and oversee the operations of our motocross practice track. The ideal candidate will have a background in motocross and a strong understanding of track maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing track open days
  • Coordinating events
  • Customer relations
  • Supervising staff and instructors
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Adaptability and solution finding skills.
  • Developing and implementing plans for track improvements and growth
  • Ensuring all on site facilities are stocked and ready to use weekly.
  • Must be a good communicator, comfortable interacting with clients, partners and teammates.
  • Will be durable and be happy to work outside in all weathers.
  • Respond promptly to socials media questions and emails
  • Working and reporting back to CEO

Qualifications:

  • Great Customer realtion's
  • Proven experience within motocross industry
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of motocross safety regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for motocross and enthusiasm for promoting the sport
  • Additional Information:
  • Good salary and remuneration, dependent upon experience & qualifications.
  • The position would involve working across weekends throughout the calendar year (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day).
  • Must be able to work early mornings, weekends and long hours depending on event and venue needs.
  • Will be required to sit a two day First Aid course. Paid by Moto101

2) Moto101 Track Store Operator.

 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Motocross Shop Specialist to join our team at the Moto101 Practice Track. As a Motocross Shop Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise in motocross equipment, gear, and accessories to our valued riders and enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance in selecting the right motocross equipment, gear, and accessories. Offer expert advice on product features, sizing, fitment, and maintenance.

  2. Sales and Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the motocross product line available at the shop. Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and safety standards in the motocross industry. Proactively educate customers about the benefits and features of various products.

  3. Inventory Management: Assist in managing the shop's inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, organization, and replenishment of products. Perform regular stock checks, monitor product expiry dates, and maintain a clean and presentable shop environment.

  4. Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system to process sales transactions accurately. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods efficiently while maintaining financial integrity and accountability.

  5. Customer Relations: Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Offer after-sales support, handle returns and exchanges, and assist with warranty claims when required.

  6. Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance to customers, such as guidance on equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Liaise with the service department or external vendors for more complex technical issues.

  7. Merchandising: Collaborate with the shop manager to create attractive product displays and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Keep the shop visually appealing and well-organized, ensuring products are neatly displayed and easy to locate.

  8. Industry Networking: Actively participate in motocross community events, races, and exhibitions to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and stay connected with the motocross community. Represent the Moto101 Practice Track and the shop in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Passion for motocross and a strong knowledge of motocross equipment, gear, and accessories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the motocross industry.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Basic technical understanding of motocross equipment and maintenance.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic shop environment.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as per the shop's operating hours.
